Bad Call
I have had one of the poor leadership moments we often discuss in class. I am trying to decide if it was my judgment or another person that created the conflict. I know that I allowed my personal feeling to get in the way. This comes back down to the I/WE. I was in the wrong on my approach. At the same time a poor relationship has been made worse. I just have to keep the faith and know everything will work out in the end.

We all have those moments that we regret our choice. It's the only way we learn. I was once told that crow is better warm than cold.
ReplyDeleteI hate it when that happens but I have noticed that everything works out in the end. I had an I/We thing at work this past week too so I understand!!
ReplyDeleteI have often,more then I want to admit to, blown it. Sometimes my mouth works faster then my brain. I recently had to repair a situation that I found myself in...I was honest and as Traci said ate a big old crow. The other person was very gracious and we were able to move on. We have all been there.
